That will be interesting to see if that happens. I just hope I can get mine painted and upholstered before there are too many more out there...

  3. "Imitated" maybe, I doubt many will have the time and talent to "duplicate".

I had no interest in this at all until I realized it was Neals' deal. NealinCa always posts fascinating stuff. You have a great eye for design and some great fabricating skills....and your kids are lucky Pop wants them to come along....

Excellent! It looks like a pan that Ford would/could have produced. Really really REALLY nice work, Neal.

You are one seriously clever fabricator. It came across as you desired, factory looking.

I may be late to the party, but that idea and follow through is awesome! Now I have to stalk all your other threads to see what ideas I can "borrow"!

Neal, I've come back to this thread several times to see what you've done. This is BRILLIANT, and the kind of thing I think of but lack the skills to accomplish. Too cool man, and this (at least in my opinion) is the best tech week thread I've seen in several years.

No offense to anyone, maybe it's because it hits home. I take my kids with me in my hot rods, so extra room is always appreciated! Fantastic idea and thread! Thanks for sharing this with us!

Sometimes I wish I wasn't dropped on my head as a kid.
I love the way you think. You're one clever guy "Mr. J." I'm placing my vote here!

This is such a well thought out solution & great craftsmanship, this is the kind of stuff I like to see on the HAMB. Great Job!

  19. Can't stop thinking about this. This has to be one of the coolest ideas for a hot rod truck I've ever seen. And not only is it a cool idea....It has to be the most well excecuted cool idea I've ever seen by an independent car hobbyist.

Brookville needs to sell this as an option with their repop beds!

  20. Nice work and a great family man .
