    Hi All,

I just picked up a Sun Dwell/Tach Model CP-7601 at a garage sale. Perfect timing (no pun intended) I have to break in a new cam this weekend.

The problem is it didn't come with any instructions... and I'm not quite sure how to use it...

Can someone give a newbie a quick tutorial? It would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Gary

Darn! no one knows how to use this? Would it hook up like any other dwell?

Looks to me like a standard setup.

Red to battery +, Black to battery -, Other wire to the distributor side of coil.

Should only be two wires, Red to neg side of coil, black to ground.

That is the part that is confusing... it only has red and black... no other wires
