  2. That '48-'50 Ford F1 looks solid, wouldn't do anything to the exterior appearance of that truck. The taillights from one of those Buick ambulances would work anywhere '50 Pontiac taillights would work.

    Found this while mountain biking in the Ogunquit/South Berwick area over the weekend. Body is perforated, but there are still some good sheetmetal sections, and the frame (with a very long wheelbase) appears to be solid. Parallel leaf springs front and rear, still has a flathead in it.

  8. In any case, the taillights on those old ambulances would look right at home on a lot of different things.

    yes, some of these are local, some are far away, but the wife and myself do alot of traveling, looking for bicycles to restore.

    There are a couple of them in England and Northern Europe but not Hamb friendly.
