Morrison's car was featured 1951 Hop Up magazine and Best Hot Rods Fawcett book. Jack bought from Ernie Immerso in the mid nineties to build his own 32 but when he found out it had a history he felt it had to be restored and what a magnificent job they did, Jack and his brother Harry did all the work. I spent a lot of time with Jack and Cathy all weekend and they are the nicest people you could ever meet, they even let me ride with Jack in the roadster from the ground to the trailer and helped load

Thanks for the kind words guys. Here's one more. I had been waiting for my friend Dan Greenburg to post his version of the shot before I posted mine. Here's why:

Dan had lined the cars up at Pemlico and I just happened to wander over to them, not realizing that he had staged them specifically for a shoot. Then I saw Dan and he waved, "Go ahead, get the shot, Tom". Thanks, Dan, see you in Pomona.

Thanks for the appreciation of "straight-up/no chaser"photography, but please know that I do like to mix drinks (and metaphors?) with a little "chaser" monkey business in Photoshop on occasion.
