  14. swop meet was a little disappointing! too many toys, socks and jewelry/hair ribbons.
thank you, to the guys that actually brought car parts.
saw a couple deals in the car corral.

IMO, nothing is lamer that writing "Billy Bobs Emporium of Speed" on the door of your old PU, then "patina'ing" it with a scotchbrite pad...

But THIS is cool! And gennie I'd wager...

  19. i know the truck, good mechanically, runs like a top, body is rough.
it was at a show many years ago with a canoe on the roof, an old wooden row boat in the bed and vintage fishing gear and camping supplies packed on.
i loved that packard too, was it wrong that i kept looking it over thinking what custom things i would do to it?

Sad that that swap meet is fading away, it was great in the past. I had to buy this, wish I knew its history. We hit the Trunk on the way home and cleaned out everything automotive. Bob PRE HERSHEY 2015 226.jpg

Whats scary is, I looked at the photo and for a brief moment, thought "hey you know, that doesn't look half bad restored, I wonder what a restorable Packard goes for these days..." OMG! I'm turning into my DAD! RUN, don't walk towards the light!!!

  22. Is that Kurt/Kirk(?) McKormick's robin's egg blue Ardun roadster ? Can't remember the original builder ... but significant history if so. Great pictures sir. That part of the country is one of the best car wise. Shows on every corner.

  23. that belongs to "@ronnieroadster" here on the hamb. cool car. i don't know the history
