Only on the HAMB! Jack will be one of the few men to be a hands on guy when he gets older! He will tell this story for the rest of his life, and do it for some one else!

Very cool deal, congrats Jack!! This is how the beat goes on, he is ready to carry the torch for sure. I made it a point to meet Javiar at the speed shop party before the Revolution as I had admired his truck and his attitude in posts here, cool cat. This is a super connection for a father/son build that is way hip. Thanx for sharing this episode with us, everyone involved rules!! ~sololobo~

great story and great seeing a parent stoking their kid on old cars and hot rodding!

  15. Verrry cool story. Really looking forward to seeing the progress. Young Jack will probably have his car on the road before me... and it'll be cooler. Sheesh.

Gregg, you ever sell that shoebox without contacting me I'll fly down to Austin and beat on you with a tube sock full o' sheet metal screws! :D

Muttley, you took the words right outta my mouth! Hahaha! This is an awesome story!! Good on these guys for making a kid's dream come true along with the fact that there will be awesome father/son bonding over the next few years building and driving the box.

It always amazes me what a difference it makes once a car is rescued, tires aired up and gets a good clean up. Ya done GOOD Gman. When you comin north? Offer still stands for a place to crash.

Don't forget the most important thing in all of this: Jack just got his first lesson about the camraderie and brotherhood of rodders. Very nicely done, gentlemen!
