Anybody on this board have a list of adaptor sets for a model 300 valve gapper, or know the barrel, spring and base numbers for a 354 hemi? I have several bases and 4 barrels and 3 springs but have no idea what engines they are for. Any help would be great.

Here's a pic of the little card that is included in the Model 300 kit:

I made a pdf file of all the info I have. It includes the instructions, a price list from '61, industrial/truck applications and specific applications for race cams. The file is pretty big (almost 5mb!). It could have been smaller, but I wanted it to be readable! :D

Rocket Scientist Chris thanks for the pfd file it's a big help. These valve gappers are usless without the information to go with them. I'm suprised there isn't more info out there they were pretty popular in the early 60's with the dragsters and even the early funny cars.
    Thanks again.

Is this the same P&G that made incredible shifters in the 60s ?

I remember these from back in the day, but never used one or examined one to understand how they attach to function. I'd like to find one.

But a question: for a SBC, will the P&G gapper only function with the stock stamped-steel rockers? For example, will it work with roller-tipped rockers?

    Thanks for any input.
