    My wife is fierce...... @287 mph she is the fastest woman racer in EU history.

    AND she is brave enough to not only marry me but put up with me for almost 15 years........ so far;)

    Engine comes out over the weekend to install a new clutch. Also have a new '32-'34 V8 water pump. Also need to repaint the engine as the red has faded and probably has resulted in a fall off in top speed.

    4x4 ............ by golly I believe your correct . faded red is know for killing top end speed .

    I'll find some more photos for you.

    It's my third wife. I waited and looked a long time for a lady that liked me and the stuff. Took most of my life to find her. She come from a museum family and has her own collections and interests too. Our interests overlap a bunch but far from 100%. I have known her almost all her life.

  21. hit 500 miles on my banger motor, re-torqued the head one more time and put 25 more miles on it today.

    I just want to build up the miles until I am comfortable with a longer trip I have planned for May 2017.

    Well doesn't go yet. I'm still getting over a "Near Death" heart related experience. As I get better it gets closer to life as well.
