Mann made the little pancake filters for VW industrial motors. I ran a pair on a twin carbed motor I had.

The German on them says "If the filter is dirty, wash it out and oil it".

 

I think those hood sides are worth at least 20 H.P. It looks like it's going fast just sitting there. Bill

 

Beautiful work! What are you running for a transmission behind the Y-block? I love the way the headlight bar turned out. How is it held on in the DOM tubing? One bolt on each side?

 

Made one hell of a mess this past week doing bodywork

 

All the chassis parts got a final prime...today paint....4 days till detroit

 

And the body got primer last night

Great thread! Just found it. Was hoping for some pictures of how you went about modifing the 17 inch wheels.

 

Been watching - some really nice work here! Always amazes me the amount of talent on the HAMB!
