Getting ready to take to blasters. Hopefully it will come back with some steel. I will post a pic next week when I get it back.

Got the 55 back from the sand blaster. $300 was a good deal. Inside out, and under. Am installing rocker panels now. Finding out its a bigger job than expected.

  6. Ok, so I'm suffering a pretty serious case of shop envy here.....is that your place or Vic ed shop or something? :) (Hmmm, we don't seem to have the drooling icon I need right now!)

  9. Looks like you have lots of steel left. There's never that much steel left on 55's that lived here in Pennsylvania for the past 59 years.

don't forget to blow out all the leftover sand before painting. It hides EVERYWHERE you can think of and more and CAN cause nasty problems when it jumps put while painting.

Thats real solid for a 55.You are lucky to start with a solid car to begin with.
