Model A Vin number question!!

where do I need mark my 29 frame other than the driverside rail I need to mark it to match my title? Do I need to use my vin number or what its a new issued title? Its a pa title with new vin tag to match. The frame is not from that car the frame was my grangfathers ive took two cars and made on. Im having to have a inspector look at my car before the state of nc will return the title in my name to see if its a real 29 or kit car. Any help will be awesome.The title has been signed over to me from the last owner so that part is good. Any pointers on what I need to do to prepare for this inspection?
