Does anyone make a slip on pad WITHOUT the nub (i.e. the part that sticks up to keep your foot from sliding off)? I would rather just grind the nub off the pedal and have a smooth pad. Hard to transition from the throttle to the brake without having to lift your toe up higher and over the top. Toe tends to catch the nub as you slid it over. I know I could just cut it off the pad but I don't know how butchered up it would look. Can you sand rubber?
Turn it end-for-end, putting the nub on the left. For esthetics you can reverse the clutch pedal pad as well. http://lbcunited.com/earlyford2/product_info.php/cPath/88_202/products_id/9264
