Lost Conversation

Do you remove conversations, if there is a problem with a member.? In the last 2 weeks I received conversation from Dave in Edinburgh Scotland, I don't recall his hamb name but he was inquiring about the sale of 32 Ford rear bumper brackets that I have. He gave me his address and I got a shipping cost for him and when I wanted to reply his conversation was gone??? Thanks larry
