Several of you have been following the history and build thread my '32. The car was a hot rod in Minneapolis in the mid to late 50's and the owner was a member of the Rhythm Rods club.
    Here's the link. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=848240

The cool thing is a lot of the Rhythm Rod guys still get together on a regular basis, and I invited them down to check out the car, and get some more history on the car and its members. And hell as long as there coming down why not grab a bite to eat, and catch a brewery tour. I know there are a few others interested in the car, and club history so if you want to make the trip shoot me a PM. It would be neat to have a few other hot rods.

There will be 6-9 Rhythm Rod members. I'll be posting some updates. Right now I am trying to arrange a late morning shop visit, lunch TBD, brewery tour mid-late afternoon Saturday October 18th.

If this works out we'll try a Reliability Run in the spring or Fall of next year....

  18. Interested in this next year - sorry. I sold my running car and my current project isn't ready. But, events like this are what I'd really like to do. If the turn-out this year isn't what you'd hoped for.......don't give up.

We had a great time, I heard some great stories about the club, the 32, looked at some scrapbook photos, and met some really great people today.
Thanks to everybody that showed up.

I guess only in hot rodding would a 82 year old hunk of iron pull a bunch of really nice people together.

This is Willy, he's 81, and built this car in the late 50's. He ran a lot of the same indoor show circuit as the Rhythm Rods club
