Your "L-Part" is a simple tool for driving sockets; sort of a breaker bar. These were often supplied with early socket sets, when ratchets were still in their infancy, and therefore expensive.
The "Jack" you show is an early adjustable "jack stand," or industrial "jack" which would have been used interchangeably as a jack, or adjustable stand...in any application where it is approximately the right "rough" size overall. Especially where small, precise adjustments were needed, like leveling equipment, etc.
The 2nd door handle would likely have been used on many different cars back in the day, and it may even been a universal-fit aftermarket handle, which would have been sold by hardware stores and auto parts stores. Many, many auto makers bought common hardware items from specialist manufacturers. Trying to match them up today is really tough. At Hershey and other big swap meets I have seen vendors with entire trailers loaded heavily with nothing but thousands of used door handles. But as I said, many of those old handles fit many, many cars.
