   I RECEIVED A QUESTION FROM A POTENTIAL BUYER AND WHEN I E-MAILED HIM BACK I NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER OR NOT HE RECEIVED MY E-MAIL? WHAT PROCEDURE DO I USE TO ANSWER A THREAD?
