Hand Lettered Door Art, Need some pics

I'm taking a stab and doing some door art for a friend and was wondering if there's a website or if some of you have some pics you could donate as reference material for me??

I couldn't remember that site, thanks... Looking quickly most of them are just pinstripes, no letters....

 

Here's mine. Maybe Xderelict (Dick) will chime in. He has some nice door art.

 

do a search on "jersey style" lettering....tons of bitchin stuff .....a couple lettering jobs of mine..... brandon

These 2 were on my Fathers trucks, The red one was painted in the late 40's and the blue one in the late 50's. They now hang in my office

 

....I thought they looked familiar !!

Man those are some pretty cool ones!

 

Here's one of the doors of my truck, it's pretty hard to distinguish (it is 53 years old!) but it says "southern riverina county council" around the outside and "electricity supply" in the middle "no.8" is in there somewhere also.

this is on my 32&#180;s door,bad pic.but anyhow,it&#180;s been lettered twice,due to a repaint,and as you see,it&#180;s not much left,but it came from Duluth,that&#180;s for sure.

 

HAHA, went looking for something nice that I may have saved....and found this. It's crap!

My 1st lettering job on my old truck, years ago... tastes have changed thank god! Hahaha.
