No ID on either, or the place...this is really early drag racing

If you ever raced here, you never forgot it, well run, fair racing, only issue was getting stopped before the Foothill bridge...this might be George Boltoff in the Chrysler car

Colton (this picture might have been posted before, maybe on the HAMB, need to give the owner credit)...in '55 the SCTA held at least one meet at Colton, this might be a later '56 meet). Colton was a very short strip with an uphill gravel shutoff and a very pitted return road...old airfield (Morrow Field)

Two Texas cars, not sure where this is...Bobby Knighton was well known in Texas and beyond, this car was a runner (from blackrat40, probably Caddo Mills, classic Texas drag strip now closed...though the runways are still there, see below.)

This is Six Flags Dragway in Victoria, TX.

Tommy, do you know where this pic was taken? There was a vette body I saw a few years ago with the wheel openings hacked up like that vette in the background.

We don't really have many specs on the car, working on that though. Mostly just had pictures to go by. Trying to bug the folks from the glory days that might remember specific details about it. As for the pics, we do have more. I'm wondering if I need to post more here, or would it be better to create an album?

After browsing through the pics, I see we don't really have a perfect side view shot.
Here are a couple beginning pics.

And Dad with completed Yipes. We don't have a picture of his friend Steve Krachum standing with it, wish we did.
