I went over to Don's Hot Rod Shop.

I needed to get a couple of Exhaust U-Bends to give back to Enfo.
( He lent me his so I could get the T on the Road...)

Some of you will recognise the Lumberjack in the Parkinglot of Dons Hot Rod Shop.

They showed it in the beginning of the Movie "Easy Rider"...

I stopped at Meatball's Office. ( on the right in this pic.)

Then I went to go look at a Caddy Engine.

And I took the Freeway over to some other buddy's of mine, but they had already Quit for the day. ( just like me....:D )

The T cruises effordlessly at 80...:)

I still remember the first time I went to don's in 1977, I just got my driver lisence, and needed to buy some intake gaskets....

the Leo's sign is still there? too bad the store isn't. I have an early 50s hot rod mag with Leo's ad in it.

3 1/2" Channel, so the 4" frame sticks out just a bit.
But you cant see it unless you get on the ground to look for it...

Squirrel, haven't seen the Leo's sign.

    Thanks guys.
Here is a pic of the Coupe Body just after my buddy Peter found it...

You can see the sign in the picture you posted of the "big guy", along the right edge.

btw, the car is bitchin! Great to see another one on the road, I'll have to get up there this summer and see it in person.

Nice Alex! A bit of V8 therapy to prove it was worth it? I liked the car when it was a roadster pickup.

    I LOVE THE T COUPE!

They are the imitation Halibrands that are sold on Ebay.
I bought them used from DragginWagon...

The Tires are 5.60 and 8.20 X 15 Firestones from Coker

    Edit.

I dont think they look like a Halibrand, but thats the name they use in the listing, I believe....
