    Caution when dealing with ray@callray.com

I was telling some friends about this guy and they said I should post my experience on the H.A.M.B

I have my coupe for sale and I get an offer from Ray Schuler, which I turned down, I sent him a counter, which he agreed to. Now get this…remember I’m the one selling the coupe. He wants me to send him $5,000 to his bank? Is this the Indiana version of the Nigerian scam?

Ray Schuler ADV.Co 516 E.Bristol st. Elkhart Ind.

What's he want to send you a cashier's check or something? That scam's getting pretty tired.

You sure he didn't mean he was going to send you the $5,000? A typo?

I highly doubt Ray is trying to scam you. You may want to get clarification before going public with such an claim.

I have only dealt with him once, but I really can't imagine him risking his business for a scam.

Did you know he is almost deaf? Perhaps that has something to do with the issue.

i know ray and have delt with him several times, he is legally deaf, and i think there maybe a mis communication. he generally has alot of cars in inventory. if you want to sell it, and he wants to buy it he does have the money. no bullshit.

One day someone's going to get slapped with a lawsuit for starting threads like this without real basis.
It's not hard to respond and ask if that's what he wanted or to do some research first like 'Has anyone dealt with *****? instead of the op's original thread title.

I second Bob's reply and the statement that it would have been better to posed this post as a question regarding who's dealt with him or better yet discussed this with the buyer himself. It seems like there's a lot of good info. here yet at times folks can get a bit "highschoolish" with their responses and what not...

I had the same problem with trixi @ calltrixi.com. She wanted money right up front and then she talked real slow. I think she was legally deaf too.
