62 olds 88, power brakes (stock) and drums all around.

I've bled the MC and brakes twice but the pedal doesn't come back up in any hurry. Have to use my toes to get it back up after braking, or wait about a minute.

When I start the car the pedal sinks, as it should, so it seems like there's vacuum from the power brakes.

Any idea what this could be?

Do you have a return spring on the pedal?

The pushrod that engages the booster is loose & adjusting itself tighter. The pedal doesn't depress itself ...
