I wouldn't dare take credit for the build on this 36 but I did help chop layout and paint it. And in my opinion my brother did the most amazing job on this truck!
before laying in a Newark chemical waste dump. My son bought it when he was 14 and had it ready for senior year at 17 yo.
An 8 year project form beginning to roadworthy. 1930 Model A Sedan shortened 18", chopped 3 3/4" and stretched to a 126" wheelbase extended cab pickup.
Here's an early photo of my 1940 Chevy Business Coupe a week after I purchased it in the summer of 1996. It just came out a 15 year storage facility and it was all original. It was a scary ride home with those brakes!
Hi Dan, apologies for the late reply, but it couldn't have been me as I only finished it in September this year. Stay lucky, Ron.
And here is a before and so far of my girlfriends 51, she helped with almost every part of the build, she enjoyed building it, and really enjoys driving it.
...20+ years ago,...and now,...didn't paint the car, just blew on some primer in spots to make it look better.
Don't blame you one bit Krol, as that 55' is about as nice as it gets for a period looking ride Just has a timeless look to it , very clean job Opp's forgot to say that your 56' is spot on too
