Hot Rods 3wlarry needs thoughts and prayers

Unfortunately, it will be a tough fight. I see my battle scars every morning when I look in the mirror, but it can be beat. Thoughts and prayers going out to you. Hoping the bump in the road is just a small one.

 

A while back my brother in law suddenly lost 30 lbs, did a x-ray found a spot on his lung, ready to take it out in a Wash. State hospital.
I had heard about "VALLEY FEVER" IN AZ. Told my sister, she is assertive, and She said hold your horses. Valley Fever its a bacteria not a virus, shows up on lungs, looks like Cancer.. Got the bacteria treated.
Sister said Wash. doctors had never heard of VALLEY FEVER,now they have,
brother-in-law walks among us.. google it..
Doctors all gathered around, now first thing they ask: have you been to a dry-desert like climate? have talked to several since who have one lung, FROM having mis-diagnosed Cancer. People get a 2nd OPINION.. !!!

I bet it really isn't cancer at all! I think its all cat related! I'll bet, in the end, we find out you inhaled a dadgum fur ball! Once they figure out how to get that fur ball out, everything is going to be OK.

I still think your going through a lot of effort just to make those nurses (and all of us) feel sorry for you!

Colonoscopies..... Awesome sauce!! LoL! The last time I had one I told the doctor that I had gunk under my fingernails too, but it was from working on cars not what he works on!!! LoL! And you think your job is crappy!!

 

Oh larry , you can keep the video and photos to yourself thank you and not put them on the Hamb 5 'o clock news ... I seen enough assholes just walking into walmart the other day ..

Resist the temptation to put your affairs in order.

Keep your mind on the goals and tasks you have that need completing. I had stage 4 colon cancer in 2007, surgery and chemo. In 2008 one of my follow up scans found a mass on my left lung, surgery(removed the upper left lobe) and chemo again. My oncologist gave me a year. I get great pleasure telling him he's a failure at predicting the future. It's not a fun trip but keep strong.

 

Might wanna have your sister bring up some kitty litter just in case.

A few yrs. ago I had to have an endoscopy and a colonoscopy during the same anesthesia. I told the Dr. that if he was using the same scope would he mind doing the throat/ esophagus thing first! Sometimes you just have to be upfront with those guys!

Man how times have changed, my first colonoscopy was done with a cam-corder. I still shiver like a dawg shittin peach pits every time I think of it.
