  1. Well done. Great car in great hands.

  2. There's something about the car without rear fenders... I like it.

I'm impressed! Nice work. If it had been me I would have gone looking for another Zepher to get a top transplant.

  10. Incredible work and great job fixing the roof and door tops. Amazing how screwed up the original was, and how nice your repairs are. Keep up the good work, look forward to seeing more progress pictures.

I'm getting into the detail work now and some rust repairs which all take time and don't look like much.
I finished patching the back window.
Did the door garnish moulds and filled the holes in the window frame so they can be painted instead of upholstery.
Made new top hinge bolt plates and moved them in an 1/8" to align the doors.
Welded some round along the front of the doors to close the gap and repair the rust in the bottoms.

Magic. You touch the metal and magic happens. Amazing. I hope you can teach someone how you do it.

I have done some more on the Zephyr , all the guards are repaired, garnish moulds cut down, and a fair few rust repairs, nothing major. Also had to make a front roll pan.

I started making a grill out of stainless bar. I had to make a roller with a groove in it , to stand the bars on there edge.

    Thanks Guy's
I'm getting to the end of my part on the Zephyr, I finished the tailpan and I just need to fit the Kazier bumper over rider.
I also fitted the spatts, had to recontour the wheel arches.
And the bars for the grill came back from the polisher, so I made the first grill.
