    Got the mounts finished tonight

Flipping it over by myself wasn't fun

Just curious, why not use the original front and rear crossmember?

Rear is going to get a quickchange someday and the front needed to be lower and with using a stock undropped axle and stock spring the original wouldn't have worked out

Wow very nice work. Too bad you're going to cover up the frame with a body! :D

Got my mockup block and trans up in the frame. Now I just got to figure out Motor mounts, Trans mount, Clutch pedal, Brake pedal, Clutch linkage and Shifter linkage should be fun packing 20lbs of shit into a 5lbs bag

  18. It will be interesting to see how you work out all of the linkages. I can hardly wait to see what you come up with.

Here's some pics of how I did the brake and clutch set up. I used what I think is a 40 bracket and brake arm with a 38 clutch arm. I still need to do some welding on it once I pull the motor and flip the frame over. I'm also waiting for some new bushings to come in before I weld the little master cylinder bracket I want to make sure It in the right spot. I plan on making some gussets for the bracket to I don't want it flexing at all. I had to cut the reshape to center x member to clear the shifter linkage so once the motor gets pulled I'll fill the hole I had to cut for clearance. The shifter is a NOS Hurst Push-Down

Got the frame side motor mounts made tonight. I plan on mounting them down low behind the rail

And I just had to put my motor parts on to see what its going to look like

  26. I like your choice of power. That is going to look really sweet in this coupe. Nice work on the motor mounts.

awesome work, this car is gonna be COOL!

  29. I like what I see...This will be a cool hot rod.

  30. I thought that setup looked familiar. Did it go smooth for you? Your fabrication skills are better than mine. If Eric Black is going to do a sketch for you it's going to be killer. He's good.
