  7. Coating my moon tank for alcohol! This stuff is a pain, but from what I have learned necessary so you don't get corrosion and white powdery aluminum in the injectors

Mike;I like how they made the brackets for the rear hood pins, very clean! How did the tank turn out? ROY.

  9. Tank turned out good. I made brackets and got it installed, Got the injectors changed out, new main bypass spring and pill installed, bigger fuel feed line almost done, got 5 gallons of methanol today $30.00! Hopefully I won't use quite double of race gas. Waiting for the toplube stuff to mix with the fuel and need to set the butterfly's/ leakdown for alcohol.

That looks really tough now Mike!

Nothing says "All Business" like a Falcon drag car with aluminum inserts in place of the lights.Love that car!

I will have to email you some pics of my black car now that it's up and running and the lettering is finished:)

  12. Was going to a test and tune tomorrow at Fontana. But the fuel tank coating began peeling off in large chunks when I went to take the cap off to fill it up to get it tuned. I spent 4 1/2 hours scraping red stuff out but I just can't reach it all and don't want to chance clogging something.. Feeling pretty dejected!

Mike, great job on the stacks! Are you going to pin the hood or leave off? Is there any rule to not running one?

Mike, what is the origin of your "This is Ford Country" front plate? I had one for 30 years that a local Ford dealer friend gave me but it was pretty beat up when I got it in about 1980. My pal has it on the front of his survivor GT350 now.

  18. Something I saw on ebay for $30 and had never seen one before.i matched the blue paint that was on it, but left the white that is original. I have no idea how old it is, but I assumed old ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1404656791.231266.jpg

Thats a great deal! But I am eliminating the vent window. Wish you had the one piece because that's a good price.
