Double dipping for sure. So sick though. The deluxe mag looks like a better two page layout imo. Awesome exposure. Cool they ran your logos on there for you. Def great for the resume and advertisement. They should have ran your model sitting in the car as the cover, thats a great photo, or something similar.
thanks! both shoots where done in Kansas, the model shoot was done in Miami. the deluxe feature was done by Doug and the other was planned a while ago by Trent, it just happened that both came out same month. the model pics are for hopefully a different mag out of Europe... we will see though. hahahaha! years and years ago when i first met the "internet" i found that i needed a "log in name" for many different things. i was scared to use my real name so i used the name of the Fight Club character (i probably totally miss spelled it). so that reminds me to ask Ryan again to change my screen name.
Yaril, congrats again for the features. Now that I'm healthy and working again I need to buy back my Caddy and have you make a Carson top for it...
Congrats on the mag features, very well deserved. I was so glad I got to see your car in person last year in Salina. Such a gorgeous car and i loved reading through the whole build process! Thanks for all the time you took posting all of the photos on the build as well as the road trips.
Congrats Yaril !! Very well deserved ,I really dig your Ford it's one of my favorites.Very cool you are getting some recognition,I really dig Rod & Kulture and im glad you are apart of new issue.I hope they mentioned your cantelope size balls for the way you drive that thing cross country by yourself at the drop of a hat.I have a ton of respect and I still need to get my Tshirt....please.
yes im glad you are healthy again! i read about it. a padded top Caddy would be beautiful! id love to be part of that. name changed hope this will clear things up now thank you guys for all the feedback and comments that kept me going along! its been a fun ride and look forward to the next one. please pm me about the shirt, i dont know why i never got it to you thanks for the kind words! im very excited to see my car in print, its never been a "goal" of mine however its a great feeling of accomplishment.
Ben Following Along With You......Enjoying every "tid Bit'....... Good Work, I'm definitlee "Jealous" of your Abilities ! Smokey Can't wait to git to "The Top Part ", thinkin' of goin' this route on me '50 Caddie......
just found this thread, how do you fasten top to the body? also your header extends 1/2" over windshield, does that make it hard to upholster (?) it? thanks dick
hey Smokey thanks! Dick, ill try n find you a pic of the top fastener, its a chrome boat wing nut style fastener. no issues on the header, its got a "bead" that helps seal it on the outside there.
Oh brother, it makes happy and sad to see this. Voodoo died last Thursday, us Florida custom car fans will miss him. I love you Nate, you will never be forgotten. Sorry for the hijack Yaril.
well I know this thread is an oldie but thought it right I share on here the latest adventures of Miss Loved! as some of you may know she has found her way back West, this time for good. Tonight will be pretty amazing for me to watch as Miss Loved will appear on the Conan O'Brien Show! Billy F Gibbons has taken the car on set with him, I cant wait to watch it.
The car looked incredible under the lights on the Conan show tonight. I wish mine looked that damn good !
