Has anyone had a custom aluminum radiator made for a 1933 Plymouth PD Coupe with a Small Block Chevy? I'd like to get a referral to a radiator shop and see photos of the finished product.
Also, how should the radiator be mounted? Does it fasten to the lower support or just to the sides of the grill shell? I modified a copper junk yard donor for my car 30 years ago and it's now leaking. I'd like to take the opportunity to improve upon what I did back then.

Try US Radiator, just give them the dimentions of the one you want and they can make it for you. I know Chaz on here had a short one made for a 33 Ply, coupe that was channeled and had no problems

  4. I have had Wizard Cooling in New York State build me two radiators - one for a '41 Chevy that had to have the radiator moved in front of the fender support and for my channeled '40 Ford with a special reduced height unit that still could cool the hemi. We traded sketches by e-mail until it was all worked out and the price was really good. Excellent quality, too.

I'm using a 34 ford radiator on my old mans '33 don't think it will be a problem to use. It's an aluminum unit but can't remember where we got it from.
