Technical 1933-34 Ford patch panel installation question

    Looks like the rocker [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]patch panel has 1 3/8" or so of extra metal where it overlaps quarter patch panel

    If I remember correctly, the cowl and quarter panels overlapped the rocker panels. I think my rockers were flanged on the end to allow this.

    The front of rocker panel is flanged, to allow it to slide under cowl, but rear on my car has a seam
