    Great story. Amazing hot rod.

  3. Good stuff. I love the color and I love the fact that you will be going full fendered eventually. Love the look of a down on the ground full fendered deuce roadster.

That is a beautiful car as it is!

The car looks amazing Brian!!! I'm so glad you got the car and have accomplished so much in such a short time.
It was great seeing yours and Angie's excitement about the car at the Roundup!!! It is even more amazing in person. Please enjoy many years of fun driving that car and be proud of the job you've done with it.

Maybe l'll get a ride in it at some point??

"Bass Built" is a term that is synonymous with quality and style. You accomplished both in this build. Enjoy the ride and make it a "Keeper".

Great roadster. Glad to see you're still out there and still having fun.

Yes the gauges are a little obnoxious! But there's nothing wrong with that. It's those kind of touches that make a car uniquely yours. And it beats the hell out of displaying them behind a glass case.

Seriously, that car is awesome. Can't wait to see more. Maybe you could give us some Willys updates too?

    Fantastic! Aced it.

  14. I love everything about it!

  15. Happy belated birthday...................................and one hell of a present you've given yourself. You've got a great understanding of what makes a hot rod. I saw one of your pictures and it looked so vintage; not just the vibe of the car, but the setting. I couldn't resist a bit of an edit................. bass 32 rdstr 01bw.jpg

    Oh another red 32... :D

You hit the proverbial nail on the head, great thread , and i'm partial to red '32's the whole combo just pops.

I prefer hiboys, but am super curious to see it fully fendered too.

Happy birthday , and what a present to yourself.

  19. Brian @Bass -

Your Deuce Roadster is bitchin' !!!

As you know, many of us have been following the progress of your #DeuceRoadster project via Facebook & Instagram ... and although those posts were nice to view (and easy for you to share), this thread is so much more comprehensive and informative.

I guess what I'm trying to say (from my mother's basement  :) ) is thanks for taking the time to share this "build thread" here on the H.A.M.B. ... It's much appreciated!

I look forward to future HAMB posts of its build progress ... as well as its participation in the Hill Climb & TROG events.
