History What is this car???

I drink coffee every Friday with my gpa and a bunch of Okc hotrodders his age. My great-uncle found this picture but we couldn't figure out the car... Anyone know what it is?

My instant guess was Borgward.

The back ground and the guy's dress say Europe to me, likely Germany.

 

Looks like a Playboy. Super rare car. Great picture.
East Coast company, only made maybe 100 cars. See if I can find a picture.

 

I was wrong, they made 97 of them.
