How hard is it to do this and have any of you done it? How difficult is it to remove from the car and steering column? Where would I buy a kit for it, Kanter?

    Thanks

Remove pitman arm, steering wheel and anything else (shift linkage?) that will keep complete box and column from coming out the bottom as an assembly. Rebuild isn't hard just pay attention to the adjustment procedure shown in the manual. If you need major parts try to find original Chevrolet stuff, I've had some issues with even the old aftermarket parts but usually the original stuff is usable if the box was taken care of at all.
