Wow, I'd have no issue with whatever color they call that. Your Riv looks striking, don't over think it!

The red wheel socks make great stool covers. Say hi to Matteo from his friends in WI.

That's the thing... They photograph gold. Hell, go look at vintage images of '65/66 Corvettes and they look gold... But they were actually kind of a "pumpkin" color... Who knew? Certainly not me.

Gorgeous. Glad to see folk are starting to wake up to how great a car the Riv's are. Wires are a perfect choice for a car that classy.

  12. They look great.
Though not era appropriate, some vogues would look good too me thinks!

Semantics... Were these tires available in 1965? Yes. Were custom guys using them? Not in mass...

In any case, I'm building more of a era GT car than a pure custom.

Ryan, you are exactly right, goldlines are an orange(y) color. I grew up as a child/young man going to NCRS meets with my father and seeing the Corvettes with original and NOS gold line tires. Thats just what they are and have always been. Please DO NOT change a thing on that car. The stance is perfect, the wheels are to die for, and the tires are a perfect piece for this car. Please do not do anything different to it. You nailed it sir...well played!

I love Rivieras and I've got a huge crush on that car now with that stance and those wheels and tires! Perfect choice and there isn't a better looking Riv on this planet!

Wondering what you're planning so it'll have the right exhaust note to support the GT look...

Damn, that looks really sharp, Ryan. I love the throw back to the 1960's era Ferrari/GT style. A great mix of class and performance.
