Looks like a "Special" a sports rod made from bits and pieces. Notice the back fenders look like pickup units?

It may be a 50 something hand built sports racer that someone (customized) in the early 60's It could be pretty interesting if it was put back in the trim it was originally built with.

I wish he had taken a couple of shots from the front.
