I have owned this car for two years now and FINALLY got around to lowering it. Just did the back for now and will do Aerostar coils later. Has 3" lowering blocks and reversed shackles. I also put in some Gabrial High Jackers and an Air Lift compressor to adjust the ride height. There is a hidden Air Lift gauge and dials in the glove box. All air lines were run under the sill plates....
Yeah, It was my dream for two years FINALLY got to it I always dug that as well. Gonna cruise like this for a while. I do have a brand new set of Aerostar coils thanks to Norton Grimm though
Looks so good I wouldn't trade it for a '40 Merc! Hey,did you ever get the Carb and intake swap done yet?
Looks great! I've always wondered why more people didn't run the nose high look on these cars. I also agree with the others, keep the '56.
It has been running pretty good so I didn't want to mess with it just yet. I think I may wait until either winter or I have problems. Thanks, probably what I'll end up doing. Thanks! Yes! Eventually I would like to do N.O.S. aircraft hydraulics and run around with the nose up high L.A. style. No because the only reason it was that low was because of what you and Speedy Canuck where doing in the back and you're not allowed to post pornography on the HAMB. Thanks! Thanks!
