Chrome tips for exhaust Here's some photos of the delivery I'll take some outside pics later.....
I don't think I would touch a thing on that car, especially the tilt column you are thinking of adding. Are you doing that because you don't fit or what ? It is perfect as is, and I love the hubcaps. Don
Those caps are cool. I am running similar Olds caps on my rpu project, just a different center than the ones you show. Don
You state its 'last modified in the late 50's' ........ then go on to say you want to put a tilt in it and change it, why would you care when it was last modified if your going to fuck with it????? Why buy that roadster.......there are plenty of cars around with tasteless mods, why not buy one of them and call it done!
yeh i think 'Fonzie' might have sold him up the river on this one haha, it is a nice looking car just dont always beleive the storys you are sold
Thats such a Nice and time typical Rod. I would never do any except things needed to make it safe and keep it safe! Like new tires (if needed), new fuel line, new brake lines, new thermostat. Thing that make it drivable, but don't change anything in the looks or style departement!!! If you stil want tilt and things like that, buy something broken and fix it to you specs. But thats perfect. Thats just my 2cents.
Really, it should have a generator instead of that chrome alternator. They work fine and it would fit in better.
I liked the caps and really liked the other set you posted, but hey whatever floats your boat, it's your car!! Only YOU can decide what you like or don't. This roadster is another reason why building one next is on my bucket list.
