You may remember the vintage 8mm drag footage I posted a while back on here and here. I also received four old photo flip books of pure magic dated ... To read the rest of this blog entry from The Jalopy Journal, click here. |

Not much of a response to these vintage pics. Should I bother posting the next batch on Thursday?

Please post the next lot Thursday, the thread title has more than likely thrown a few people to what the actual content is. |

Thanks Jay. These vintage pic posts are a true window into how it really was. Despite the amount of comments (or lack there of), they must be brought to light and preserved here for posterity.

Thanks for posting.
I like the tool box, looks like something I would pack. Ha Ha The twin engine bike would be a handful. |

Ha Ha, just noticed the Hammock behind the bikes, you know you are there for the duration when you pack the Hammock!

Love the pics Jay! Can't ever get enough of 'em. It's a light into past that needs be shown. There's plenty o' folks here that kind o' lose perspective on HAMB. Shine on brother, fly the flag, preach the truth,..... AND, be sure to post more on Thursday!! Enough of the "How do I wire a one wire alternator?" and "Which welder should I git". THANKS a million man!!!

I dig these windows into the past. Please keep posting. What I found interesting was the 35/6 that is deeply channeled. For the most part, I thought that look was a modern day Bobber truck, and RR trend (though the 35/6 here appears to be a track only rig).
