This isnt a fight over the body, the funeral, or the flowers....it is a control issue. The estate is probably worth a tidy sum and the rights to the Cobra name and logos will be in demand for quite a while. Whoever gets control of the body and the funeral rights has some leverage in the disposition of the assets.....the winner will try to declare his last documents invalid if those documents contradict the winner's wishes.....shame, the poor guy needs to get the proper respect.

Sometimes I think its a blessing to not have a large estate to leave to your family. Even still my wife and I are signing all the final paper work for our wills and health care directives on Saturday. We don't have a lot but if we spell it all out I think it makes it easier on everyone. Dang! hope I make it to Saturday.

I feel bad about it, but there is Nobody to blame but Shelby himself. He should have had his wishes made clear well before his death. It's not like it was unexpected, he was extremely old. And since his estate is worth so much, you'd think he would have had it all in order for his demise.
