Default Reintroduction from southern MD

Names Kenny , I have been lurking here for a longtime dreaming of when I would get to the point in life where I would finally have something worthy of a build thread on here. I have been a member sense 09 but was still playing with stuff that was just to new for this place (here is my first intro http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/s...d.php?t=417014 ) it's got pix of some of my old toys

Ok so after all that rambling my new toy is a 53 chevy hardtop that I'm bringing home tomarrow but here are some pix of it and the parts car it comes with , I got a good deal on them I traded my labor fixing up a little house for both cars

On to the pix

It does not have a motor, trans ,or drive shaft but I have a gm goodwrench 350 with about 100 miles on it so I just need to find a trans and shaft , I also have just about everything I need to bag it

Oh forgot the pix of the parts car , it's got a whole set of trim in it

Welcome back from South Carolina, I really like the car. Shouldn't have a problem finding a good "mechanic" in your hometown if you need on.

.....Ha, That's true. There's a town about 60 miles away called Scaggsville. Can't imagine what one might find there.
