Nice work. More photos when you get a chance would be nice.

The 165 Delahaye V12 is a wonderful car. I saw it up close and personal several times - the last of these four weeks ago. I would love to see photos of your build - SOON!

As incredible as that car looks today, it had to be mind blowing when it was new. Definately one of the most beautiful cars ever built. Looks like its going 200 mph sitting still.

Our shop is aiming to specialize in building this car -- we hope to build one or more per year. Right now we are also building a 1938 Delahaye 135M "Torpedo" (I'm going to start another build thread for that car.). The body will be all new construction (alluminum), but we have an original chassis and drive-train that I'm restoring. Additionally we do Ferrari bodies/re-bodies as well as pre-war Mercedes and Bugatti builds.

I've seen a company building these for the wealthy right in Dubai... are you familiar with them?
