looks good so far... you might want to take a hole saw and drill a lot of holes between the sections and maybe even thin them out a lot in the big expanses... not only does it save weight, but it helps to look through and check your fit on everything....plus a good place to put clamps if you have holes all along about an inch or so from the edge...
maybe you already know this...and just haven't gotten that far? in any case, keep goin! looks great! Zach this doesnt have a lot of holes, but you can see what i mean...
