Event Coverage Hot Rods? ... in the tiny town of Big Horn, in the State of 'Absaroka'?

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Stutz, Aug 22, 2010.

  1. Saturday, August 21st 2010, was a hot day. the kinda hot that you cant get comfortable no matter what you do. But that is my only complaint, because the heat aside, the Absaroka State Takeover happened... and it was great.

    The Absaroka State Takeover.

The Moonshiners C.C. did a great job (thanks guys)

44 cars, and some just hangin around. The band was great and the beer was cold.

With help from the Lovely Miss Absaroka, the Event was a success.

Enough talk... (still to hungover to think straight) Heres some photos

  11. Looks like a fun time. Great mix of cars and a laid-back atmosphere. Who wouldn't like a '56 p/u with a blown hemi and that coe with the S-10 bed is outrageous! Thanks for posting the pics and keeping the history alive.

  14. man, its nice to hear from everyone that liked the event. I talked to several people that said the atmosphere was a really happy, relaxed vibe, and that makes all the work worth it.

  25. The Next Trophy was fairly important to the Moonshiners. I take pride in knowing and honoring our predecessors. So our pick was fairly obvious...
