Wheels are open centred with 6" brakes as found on Sevens from '22 to very early '27. Closed centres came in in '27, chrome centres in '32

expressions, the (Christmas? grocery?) baskets, the chain-drive
AND the tire chains ... whoa! I'd give a buck to know WHERE this
