Just thought that I'd let everyone know that HAMBer Johnnyfast aka John Josephson passed away recently. He was a great guy and will be missed by many. My condolences to his family.
NO... say it aint SO... :-( That bums me out... He was rad... dammit. God Speed Johnny... I wish I had a pic of his old rail to post handy... I'll have to dig one up.
I had many PM conversations with him. We had an oval track background in common and exchanged ideas and at one time I was going to buy a sprint car go-kart off him. I'll miss his contributions to the HAMB. RIPJohn. Frank
What a loss. He was a super nice guy and a wealth of knowledge to boot. Any idea on when/where services will be held? Found it VISITATION: 1 until the 2 p.m. memorial service Feb. 15 in Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth.
Wow, that sucks, heres the pick: Just a few months ago he gave (yep gave) me a set of hilborn stacks for my 32 5 window gasser project. RIP one of my most favorite pics JEFF
crap... didn't know him personally, but we sent some emails back and forth and he seemed like a cool and very knowledgable guy...
RIP Johnny aka SJFast...I never did get a chance to meet him, I wanted to see the street legal sprint car he was doing...my condolences to his family, he was a great guy to chat with and a wealth of knowledge...any details on how he died?...he'll surely be missed...
Sorry to hear that. I didn't know him but when we lose someone from this community it kind of feels like you know them. It always seems so sudden on here too. Thoughts with his family Pete
Aw damn! he was a total wealth of knowledge. Knew lots about Iron Dukes. Sent some PMs back and forth about roundy round stuff. So what happened? Thoughts go out to his family and friends. Eh go to this link for his obit and read the comment/story his neighbor wrote, its pretty damn cool! http://www.duluthnewstribune.com/event/obituary/id/159738/ -Shiny
Damn, we exchanged emails and pm's, never met..... misssed already, rest easy. RIP Johnny aka SJFast Keith
I read many posts by him, sounds like he had a good sense of humor. After reading the story by his neighbor, sounds like he had a good heart also. God bless you Johnnyfast.
