Some years back at Carlisle I purchased print # 4 of this picture from the artist Dan McCrary. The following year at Carlisle I asked him if he would sell me the original if he had it. We struck a deal and he sent it to me. I bought it because I liked it and it reminded me of a chopped olds powered Tudor highboy a local club raced back in the late 50’s and early 60’s. My father-in-law let the club meet in his garage and later owned the car. Years later he gave it to one of my brother in-laws. He’s revived the car for the street. Never put together the car in the picture was the Lade coupe until I saw this thread. But that’s the car all right. Sorry for the poor quality photo.
