JohnnyGee is right, look at the front tires of the car at the bottom just right of center,,
easier to see if you blow it up.. And there are no 1940 Chevys that I see, only 47 and later.. but maybe that's what he meant to say..

I heard a story that at one time Wisconsin had more one armed bandits as Las Vegas... many were stowed away in Wisconsin in preparation of Illinois making gambling legal which didn't happen!
