This is the latest installment of "Bob's dumb Life" haha
Through a bunch of selling... trading etc...I ended up with this neat old truck..... I found it listed poorly on ebay and after the auction ended I called the guy and made a deal.... It is a 1934 ford truck that was built in the late 50's/ early 60's and still has its origional paint, interior and CHROME....... It is in AWESOME shape..... never any rust or damage and the paint shines like crazy! It even has chrome running boards...... The interior is amazing..... it has such great style and soul.... smells good too. When I found it I knew it would be neat, but I didn't realize how great it would be in person... Old Hot rods RULE me. It origionally had an olds but that was swapped out in the 80's for a small block..... the whole drivetrain was updated at that point, but all the cosmetics were left alone.... I guess my plan is to transform it back to the way it was, but it will be a slow process as it works really well as it is...... I just want to have fun with it for awhile. I would love to find out more of the history on this truck so if anyone remembers it please fill me in.... I would imagine it was shown because it has alot of detail and chrome. Anyway heres a couple pics... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I can't get over how good the condition of everything looks to be... that interior is crazy... wouldn't be surprised at all if that truck was in some old magazine... |

Nice score. Looks like all it needs is a little freshening up.

Yeah no shit..... this one is a keeper.... My plan is to build a single axle trailer and use it to tow my roadster and a race car I am going to build..... All of my deals have just been a process of upgrading.... It all makes sense to me..... haha kind of...
