Aside from our own H.A.M.B. Drags, there are a few other drag races in the US that really get me going. The first will be obvious to some of you... The Day of The Drags is held at what many think is the most gorgeous track in the country - Little Riv... To read the rest of this blog entry from The Jalopy Journal, click here. |

I imagine the pilot is just changing his focus from the flagman to where his car is on the track. With that much engine blocking your view do you concentrate on just one edge or if you are somewhere between the stripes when going down the track? Having never even driven on a strip that must just be an insane rush keeping it straight and fast at the same time. -Scrump

Lots of buzz at Maple Grove last week about JS Drags. Should be a good turn out. Same weekend as Fall Carlisle so you can hit both.

Yes and no,that is I loved drags at the strip when in Jr.& Highschool, but it got boring after I started to run Oval track stock races. Still enjoy going to the dargs, if there is no oval track races around.
