Does anyone have any pictures of the car.........??Any help would make my happy hoppy hard......were cloning it and I'll post lots of pictures of the progress, but the climax will only happen at the end...... I owed some library fines, and the Devil paused on my entrance to Hell. I got shoved back to the end of the line like all the Angels with dirty faces. None of that welcome back shit. I'm just a faggot looking for some pictures. thanks, Germ
I've mentioned this car several times on this forum and got no response. I thought it was a pretty well known car from the day.
How about Bruce heather or Rod Powell. Which version are you looking for,the nice green and gold version or the later mess?
Get the fuck out of here. You don't belong. ha That's one of the best looking ranchero's of all time.
There was a pretty good writeup on this car in a magazine maybe 8-10 years ago, I think it may have been Custom Rodder, not sure, but there were pictures of the car in both styles. I don't have any pictures to share, but I heard that the rear end of the car was cut off and the second customizing done because it was hit in the rear end hard. Don't know if that's true or not. What version are you building? I like the first better, personally. I love the DeSoto bumper. If I run across that article, I'll scan it, but someone out there must have that magazine. EDIT I see from the pic posted above that it was Custom Rodder, July 1997. There were way more pics than that in the article, it was a few pages long.
did that second one get like a 68 mustang lookin back end later in life? seems I remember a short messed up ranchero that looked like a mustang from behind.
The whole article is scanned on my site... The first version is SO NICE!!! To bad the article concentrates more on the later version. But if somebody could scan this article....!!!! and add it to this post, that would be helpful. All I have right now is the cover scan. Looking forward to see this clone getting built.... have fun with the built.
@Germ ... Rod Powell is a HAMBer (@RodP) ...he might have additional Info / Photos of the Ranchero in it's green/gold configuiration.
