Attention In the pits-Attention in the pits! This years theme is the GASSER! I know Sam with the Central State Guys are planning on a big turnout from thier organization. This years winner will also recieve a really cool Stone-Woods-Cook and Bones award. I would do a special in class rivalry if enough Willys cars show up.

This is an awsome race folks, they do it right and treat you like family, it is truly an awsome place to have a great day. very very nice grounds and the tracks is good. lots of parking and easy access. I urge all of you to ty to make this show. As for the gassers if you have a gasser and want to run with us please let me know or ask anything you might need to know,. I have added a class for all 4cyl, inline 6cyl. and tradtional Hamb Hot Rods. we will use the old AHRA class called simply "Hot Rod".
For those of you who have not been to Ardmore lately you are in for a real treat.The track has been ground the concessions have been improved,new stands have been erected,more motor home facilitys and all kinds of good stuff have been going on over there. Oh there are also showers now,there is a fenced playground for the kiddies and a pond so you can go fishin' if ya want. Come on out,over,down and enjoythe fun.

Hey! Strange to find this tread, just found the link to this event on Jim Marlett`s web site. Me and my wife is going to the US in august-september, so this is absolutly an option for us. Hey need to Test and Tune before the Saturday Race! No problem we will be having Friday night fun drags and test and tune the night before!
For all you hard core Vintage and non Vintage racers. The Hot Rod Reunion is actually a three day event with the Reunion race on Saturday morning. We have test and tune on Friday night, THE HOT ROD REUNION vintage race Saturday morning, and on Saturday night and Sunday we have a regular two day bracket race. So there is a race for everyone and we have many racers run all three. Come join the fun Sept.4-6 at Ardmore Dragway.
